Recorder Club

The Sunrise Academy Recorder Club is a wonderful opportunity for 3rd-6th grade students who want to learn to play an instrument and participate in a musical group. If you love music and are interested in learning how to read music notes and play an instrument , Sunrise Recorder Club would be a perfect place for you.

 

You will learn the recorder, an instrument with a history dating back to the 14th Century (that’s about 800 year ago)! You will start learning note reading and ensemble playing. Plus, you’ll have fun time!

 

The Sunrise Recorder Club will meet once a week on Thursday's from 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM.

The only fee is $15.00 for a recorder and book. Students who already own a recorder are welcome to use it and only pay $8.00 for the book.
